Our Dr. Can Beat Up your Dr.

Hey Y'all! Just wanted to highlight the awesome athlete and phenomenal healer we have in our midst's...Dr. John Fragoso. John recently won the TSC in Chico with a 425lb DL, 100 KB snatches with the 1.5pd kettle bell and 19 dead hang pull ups! In the photos you see Dr. John turning a 5:23 Fran (21, 15, 9) Thruster/Pull up on his first effort at that workout. Great job Doc!
