Road Trip'n and Welcome Back!

Nicki and I busted out of town for the weekend and made our way to San Francisco where we experienced a Fanny Schelacking at the hands of Coach Adrian Bozman (blue shirt) Of San Francisco CrossFit.






While we recoveed from our beating we had the good fortune of meeting Nicole and Franklin Okumu of CrossFit Oakland Fame!! We took 3 pictures and Adrian had his eyes closed in them all:(




















In happier news Adrian is still developing his skills as a Jaz Handz instructor and Elephant Keeper!













































In local News Adam Lambert made a return appearance to NorCal S&C today. He looked strong on his pull-ups...and he held the floor down like a champ!
