Got some great training up at Mike's Gym this past weekend. Lots of good work on the rack jerks, snatches, etc... Really good times.
oh my! what a good time that was!!! how'd you get a hold of that picture???? Love on ya NCSC! I think Grady may have that smug look on his face because he was so proud of his earlier "performance".
