Plates O' Real Food

Meat and veggies and healthy fat! Yum! The first is a salad with pork cooked in the slow cooker, fresh chopped romaine lettuce, arugula and lightly steamed savoy salad dressed with olive oil. Second plate is beef cooked ala BBQ with grilled onions and sauteed collard greens...again, ample olive oil.
