Recovery



































Eva T gave us this lovely horse trough for post workout cold dips. Little did we know the late November temperatures would leave a 1/2 inch sheet of ice covering the trough. Now why would anyone want to subject themselves to this? Enhanced insulin sensitivity, decreased inflammation, improved post workout recovery, extreme shrinkage!

THIS IS SOOOO FUNNY! Nicki, did the beanie help? Robb, I have heard if you blow on your thumb really hard that it might pop back out! The story was on just after the Celiac story on CNN.

Ummmm....wow. You know what they say about men with big arms...

The alternating hot soak/cold soak is the best way to go...almost every time I've done that after a lift session, I've felt great.
