Strong Work!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to highlight some of the hard work that has been going on at NorCal of late. i should have some more photos in the gallery at www.norcalsc.com pretty soon as well.

Pictured we have Bob pulling and easy 205 DL. Bob has a strong power lifting background and has pulled 505lbs in the past. He is going to be a monster! Cindy ALMOST got her muscle up...next week for sure and Dr. Fragoso did an easy 245lb push press from behind the neck. More to come!
